VETERANS DIGNITY VILLAGE
WHO WE ARE
Veterans Dignity Village in Caldwell County serves as a transitional housing community specifically designed for veterans who find themselves without a home due to unforeseen circumstances, not as a result of their own choosing. Unlike a traditional homeless shelter, this initiative is structured to provide a “hand up” rather than a “handout,” offering veterans the support, stability, and resources necessary to regain their independence. The program is tailored for veterans who, despite facing temporary housing challenges, are determined to rebuild their lives and work toward securing permanent housing. Veterans Dignity Village recognizes that being homeless does not equate to being helpless, and it is committed to empowering those who have served their country by providing a structured, supportive environment that fosters personal growth, self-sufficiency, and long-term stability.
It's not where you came from, it's where you're going!
